Update October
Dear lenders,
I want to thank you all for the patience and for sporadic incoming phone calls. We all take great interest in how the Sulitelma bankruptcy is progressing.
We have ongoing dialogue with the bankruptcy liquidator and we write updates on the platform when they have news. I understand if it feels frustrating at times when the updates aren’t that frequent, but the reason is that the last update is still current.
With the above preface I want to inform that the Sulitelma Fastigheter AB: s bankruptcy liquidator team (Wistrand advokatbyrå) handling the bankruptcy estate are also responsible for the “underhandsförsäljning” (sales not via auction). Please note that it is not the firm Wistrand advokatbyrå that are handling the sales.
The sales prospect is ready, and the sales has now started and will conclude November 9th, 2018. This means that the sale can happen before and possibly after November 9th but under no circumstances interpret that bids should be made just in time. The properties can be sold by then.
It won’t be possible to follow the sales process in terms of stated bids on a home page or something like that. The bankruptcy liquidator based at Wistrand advokatbyrå receives bids and if there are several bids close to each other the potential buyers will be contacted and will be given the opportunity to outbid one another but other than that the stated bids won’t be public during the bidding process.
The bankruptcy liquidator received several contacts of interest before the sales was official.
I realize that we would like to know much more and a lot faster. As soon as there are updates, they will be available, and I ask for extended patience. Don’t hesitate to contact me if there are pressing questions regarding the realization of Kameos security at vanja@kameo.se
